  1. Order Preparation and Printing: 1.1 On-Demand Printing: Every order placed on Infusioon.com is prepared and printed on demand in India. This approach allows us to prevent waste related to overstocking and ensures that each item is created with love and attention to detail.

  2. Shipping Options and Fees: 2.1 Free Shipping: We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. However, for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional COD fee will be applicable. 2.2 COD Fee: Customers choosing the Cash on Delivery option will be required to pay an additional fee at the time of delivery. The COD fee will be communicated to you during the checkout process.

  3. Order Processing Time: 3.1 1-Day Dispatch: We strive to dispatch orders within 1 day of receiving them. Please note that orders placed on Saturdays after 5 p.m. will be dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day. 3.2 Custom Prepared Products: The 1-day dispatch timeframe may not apply to custom prepared products. The dispatch time for such items will be communicated to you during the ordering process.

  4. Delivery Time: 4.1 Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, the order usually takes 5-9 working days to reach all metros and tier I cities across India. However, please note that certain pin codes may require additional time for delivery. 4.2 Delays due to COVID-19: In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, please be aware that all orders may experience an additional delay of 1-2 days. This delay is due to a reduced workforce to maintain proper distancing. Additionally, certain Indian postal codes may be subject to restrictions imposed by lockdown situations in certain states. 4.3 Communication for Delayed Orders: If your order is facing a significant delay, please feel free to contact us at connect@infusioon.com.
