Return and Exchange Policy
Items purchased from Olavi are eligible for return/exchanges, if returned within 7 days of delivery.
1) We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs. 150 will be charged at the time of return/exchange per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs. 150 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
2) All Items must be in their original condition- unworn, unused with the tag, labels and in the same packing.
3) For all second-time shippings, a Rs. 150 shipping fee needs to be processed for re-shipping. You can alternatively choose to self-ship/ arrange pickups from.
4) Items purchased on sale/clearance/Pre-applied-Discounts/ Bundle discounts are Final sale items and cannot be returned. However we would be happy to replace it with a different size, if you’d need a size exchange.
(A reverse shipping fee of Rs.150 needs to be processed to raise an exchange request for such items.)
5) Only store credits are issued in case of refunds. ( Due to high cost of reversal shipping, re-cleaning and restocking of a product)
Please note : The pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pickup the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company adress.
6) Using discount codes does not make an item a final sale. The items can still be returned in accordance to it being a full priced or discounted product originally.
All Reverse Pick up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
How to cancel an order ?
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing one and mail us at connect@olavi.in as soon as possible and we’ll attempt a cancellation before your order is processed further.
How to process a return?
Step 1: Maintain good condition. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn with all original tags attached. Make sure you put the item(s) back in the original package in the same way it was delivered.
Step 2: Raise a Return/exchange request from our return and exchange center.
Step 3: our team schedules a pick-up that should take up to 3-5 days. In case of a size exchange, our team ships the new size(s) in parallel. For a return that results in the refund of the product would have to reach our facility for quality inspection.

Exchange for a different product ?
Incase you'd like to exchange and choose a different product. You can return the purchased products for store credits and use these credits to make a new purchase.
STORE CREDITS
∟For COD orders ?
For COD orders refunds would be provided via store credit equivalent to the total order value.
Store credits can be applied during checkout. If you face any issues while applying store credit please write to connect@olavi.in
Please note : cash on delivery fee applicable on orders are not refundable and would not reflect in the issued store credit.
∟When are store credit not applicable?
Under 3 cases :

For products purchased on clearance, discounts & markdowns.

If the product returned is soiled , damaged or altered.

Product is custom made.
∟When will I get my store credits?
For returns , the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for a product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. once it passes the QC , the store credits will be issued within 24 hours.
Please note : shipping / cash on delivery charges are non - refundable.
Received the wrong order or goods were damaged on arrival?
Please mail us at connect@olavi.in within 24 hours of receiving the goods to raise a request against wrong/damaged orders.

1) Your order ID
2) A photo of your received order
3) Please state in detail the problem at hand.
Our team will proactively arrange a reverse pick up and send out a new fresh product.
